Synchronize the Knowledge Base

IMPORTANT: Knowledge base synchronization is no longer required with the release of the new Knowledge Base module and has since been deprecated.
The Synchronize Knowledge Base button will force a synchronization with the knowledge base, which will synchronize all articles. Normally, this occurs everyday at 11:59 pm.

 In order to synchronize the knowledge base, you must navigate to the Portal Configuration Settings under the Settings & Configuration option which is under the Administration tab.


Once there, navigate to the General Settings page which is under The Portal Connector collapsible tab. Then, click on the Synchronize Knowledge Base button to synchronize your articles.
