Disable the Cache Invalidation Plugin

Disabling the Cache Invalidation plugin is recommended for version 5.3 and above of The Portal Connector.

  1. In Dynamics CRM, Navigate to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System.

  2. In the PowerApps window, under Components, select SDK Message Processing Steps.

  3. Check the three Cache Invalidation Steps, as follows, then select Disable.

  4. Confirm Deactivation and then choose Save and Close in the PowerApps window.
