The CRM User Creator widget provides a form for the easy creation of a user. It provides a number of text boxes for user entry including: First Name, Last Name, Email, Password, and Confirm Password. Additionally, it can redirect the user to another page or an existing user page as well as determine the initial role of the new user. It also has Captcha functionality. 

Configuration

Basic Setup

 

  1. From the Portal Connector widget list, click and drag the CRM User Creator widget into the body of your page.

  2. There are a few options for you to configure if you desire. Click on the edit button to display the prompt. It should look like this:

  3. When you are finished configuring the widget, click the save button to save it.

Basic Properties

Submit Button Text

The Submit Button Text advanced property will allow you to set the text that appears within the submit button.

Captcha Line Noise

The Captcha Line Noise advanced property will determine how many lines will distort and cross through the captcha challenge. Applicable options include: None, Low, Medium, High, and Extreme.

Captcha Font Warp

The Captcha Font Wrap advanced property will determine how much the words within a captcha challenge will be warped. Applicable options include: None, Low, Medium, High, and Extreme.

Captcha Background Noise

The Captcha Background Noise advanced property will determine how much 'static' is in the background of a captcha challenge picture. Applicable options include: None, Low, Medium, High, and Extreme.

 

Captcha Audio

When set to true, the Captcha Audio advanced property will provide an audio button from which the user can click upon to listen to the captcha in order to determine the answer.

Enable Captcha

The Enable Captcha checkbox will provide a captcha challenge in the form. This will ensure that input provided in a form is completed by a human.

Initial Role

The Initial Role drop down list will allow you to define the role of any user that is created through this form.

Select the Existing User Page

The Select the Existing User Page option will allow you to direct the user to an existing user page. Commonly, this can be used to direct the user to a login page but this can be customized.

Select the Redirect Page

The Select the Redirect Page option allows you to select a page that the user will be directed to upon the successful submission of the form.

Advanced Properties

Advanced properties provide additional functionality. They can be accessed by clicking on the "Advanced" Button in the bottom right corner of the widget designer.
