When you are finished configuring the Content settings, click on the List Settings tab. It should look like this:
The Select a Template drop down list will allow you to select a template for your product to use with the option of creating a new template. If a template is selected, you will be given the additional option of editing the selected template.
The Enable Social Share Buttons checkbox will allow you to add a group of buttons to your article to allow you to share it to various social media websites. You can define what social networks to use under Administration -> Settings -> Social Sharing.
The Sort Articles drop down list will allow you to sort your articles in a variety of ways with the option of providing your own sorting method.
The No Limit and Paging radio button will display all of the articles with no paging.
The Use Limit radio button will allow you to determine how many articles in total are shown.
The Use Paging radio button will allow you to divide your articles into pages. If this option is selected, a text box will allow you to define how many articles there will be per page.
The Which Articles to Display? option allows you to choose which articles the widget will fetch based on the option chosen here. The All Published Articles radio button will retrieve all articles regardless of their category or date. The One Particular Article Only… radio button will allow you to choose a single article for the widget to display. The Selection of Articles radio button will allow you to choose an article based on its category or date. When you select one of the options, you will be prompted to choose an applicable category or date.
The Open Single Item in… option will allow you to choose whether a selected article automatically generates a webpage for viewing or if it will direct you to another page.
Advanced properties provide additional functionality. They can be accessed by clicking on the "Advanced" Button in the bottom right corner of the widget designer.
