Rating Field - Basic Configuration

Start by dragging a TPC Form Layout into the body of your page. Then, drag a CRM Form Configuration widget into the TPC Form Layout. For this example I will be setting the Form Configuration widget to use the contact entity.
Click and drag a CRM Rating Field widget in the body of your form and click on the edit button to display the properties prompt. For this example the widget will be configured to use the No. of Children attribute with a star count of 5 – the default – and a selection mode of item as you cannot have .5 of a child.
On the page, you can select any number of stars you desire. The number of stars selected (Or fractions thereof) will be submitted to the configured attribute.
