    Hi,

    I'm having a bit of an issue, namely that we've created some forms, but we don't find how it's possible to link this form to an existing record (so that it's already filled in). For Contact & Account, there is an option to use the logged in user contact id & parent customer id, but how does this work for other entities?

    Hi Erik,

    There are three widgets available that will allow you to edit records:

    CRM Add Edit Grid View
    CRM Grid View
    CRM List View

    Please note that the CRM List View is a widget for advanced users who are familiar with ASP.NET and templates.
