Hello Shan,
Currently there is no way to store additional fields using our widget, if you wish to do this all in one process you must create your own user creation widget or form.
The CRM User Creator widget does however include the contact ID of the created/updated contact in CRM in the query string upon redirection. You could create a form on the page that the CRM User Creator redirects to and submit additional data from there.
