Form Behaviour Cancel The title field is required!

   I have a form (one form on one page) which is not displaying correctly in all cases.  It seems to be displaying correctly when initiated by a [Add New] button from a grid, for creating a new record.  However when called to display the data from an existing record the fields (arranged in four columns) stretch out to the right, exceeding the boundaries of the Form Layout grid (see this illustration).  I'm not perfectly sure that the new record vs. existing record observation is correct.  How do I correct this?

   Hello Chris,
   
   This looks like a styling issue on the page that is effecting Portal Connector widgets or the Form Manager when the form is populated. Have you checked the styles on the page to ensure that they are not conflicting with The Portal Connector? Can you create a new page with no template and test to see if the issue still occurs?
