It seems I am unable to modify a sitefinity content block on a form that has the TPC Form Configuration widget on it.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1.) Create a new form
2.) Add a sitefinity content block to the form and add content to it. No problem here adding content to the content block
3.) Add TPC Form Layout & Form Configuration to the form
4.) Drop another sitefinity content block on the form and try to add content. Here the content block editor is greyed out and I cannot modify the content. Also at this point if I try to modify the content from the first content block that was put on the page, it is greyed out also and I can no longer modify that content block either.

    Can others reproduce this issue?

    Sitefinity: 14.2.7900.0
    TPC: 6.1

    Hi Richard,

You need to place the TPC form layout first and put everything inside it. It should then work correctly.

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for the response. That is how I initially discovered the issue. I had a tpc form layout/form configuration that was working just fine. I wanted to add some text to the form and tried to use a content block and the content block was not editable. The steps I provided in my initial post were more me validating what was causing the content block to become non-editable. I able to reproduce this issue at will. I start a new form, place the tpc form layout and tpc form configuration. Then when I place a content block within the form configuration, it is not editable.

    Thanks,

    Rich

    Hi Richard,

After looking through some notes, it looks like this was a known issue in version 6.1 and was fixed in TPC build 140.

    6.1.0.140
    - Resolved an issue with Sitefinity versions 14.2+ where content blocks were unable to be edited on forms.

I would recommend updating the build as this will most likely fix the issue.

    Regards,
    Tom

    Hi Richard,

The last number in your version is your build, I see you are on build 134. The issue was resolved in build 140 so you will have to update to fix it on your portal.

    Regards,
    Tom
