    Steps followed:

    1. Create the Account(A) and Contact in CRM Dynamics
    2. Invite the Contact to the Portal by using invite widget on CRM
    3. Change the Account of the Contact from say A to B
    4. Check the "CRMParentCustomerId" on Sitefinity ProfileManager . The value is still shown as old value and the latest value is not synced.

Is there a caching window for the syncing? We waited for more than 12 hours and still the latest account change is not reflected.

    Hello Diana
This should not be an issue in our latest builds. Could you give me details about your environment.

What TPC version and build number are you using?

If the CacheData setting on your form is set to True, then there is a possibility that this may happen.

My advice is to update your solution to the latest build if it is possible. Our latest public build via NuGet for 6.0 is 176 so you are several versions behind.

Apart from that, you can attend one of our daily Q+A
    see https://www.crmportalconnector.com/support/training/daily-q-a-registration

Or create a case by emailing TPC Support at support@crmportalconnector.com.

    Dear Omar,
If we upgrade the solution to the latest build this issue will go away and we will never face it again ?.

    Thank you for your assistant

if you can register for a Q+A session and demonstrate the problem, I would appreciate it.
    Daily Q+A

I need the reproduction steps to see if it is an issue. You can reference me on the call.

I used to face an issue like this in the past but i no longer face it now.
