Hello Amjad,
Did you recently upgrade your TPC? If so, some of the newer builds require an update to the TPC CRM solution. You can perform the upgrade by going to the Sitefinity backend, navigating to Administration > The Portal Connector > Configuration > General Settings and clicking Install CRM Solution.
