Hello everyone,
I am encountering multiple issues with the Portal Connector subgrid where not only the sorting functionality is failing, but other features such as paging and filtering are also not functioning as expected.
Current Sub-grid Settings:
Enable Paging: true
Enable Grouping: false
Enable Sorting: true
Enable Filtering: true
Enable Inline Editing: false
Reorderable Columns: true
Resizable Columns: true
Show Column Menu: true
Virtual Scrolling: false
Enable Responsive Grid: false
Despite all these features being enabled, none are operational. Here’s what I’ve attempted so far to resolve the issues:
Refreshing the grid and clearing the browser cache.
Restarting the server hosting the portal.
Checking for errors in the browser's developer console and server logs.
No errors are showing that might explain this malfunction, and basic troubleshooting has not rectified the situation.
Could this be related to a recent update or a configuration oversight? Has anyone else experienced similar problems or can offer insights into potential fixes?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this issue. Thank you!
