I created a Dynamics CRM to create Portal Users from a selection of Contact Records. Sometimes, not always the workflow failed with the following error. Rerunning the workflow on the same contact record(s) results in successful creation of the Portal User. I'd say that that I encounter a few errors for every 10 records that I create this way, Any idea why this is occurring?
It doesn't matter if I run the workflow against one or more contacts, it's just happens randomly.
