    Using knowledgebase articles search, number keywords sometimes don't appear in searches.  We identified that search strings of 3 characters is the minimum, so we need to prepend the number with zeroes.  We have tried different ways to save the keywords, but cannot determine what is the best way.  Is there anything we are missing when saving the knowledgebase articles, should those keywords numbers also be 3 characters at minimum or should they be added with quotations?

    Hello Daniel,

    We have intentionally added a default minimum length of 3 characters to the Knowledge Base Article Search. This is to help prevent the service from being spammed. If you would like to change the minimum length for a TPC Knowledge Base Search this can be accomplished through the “Minimum Query Length” configuration property. This can be accessed through the following path:

    Administration -> Settings -> PortalConnectorMvcKnowledgeBase -> Minimum Query Length

    Changing the Minimum Query Length to 0 should meet your requirements.
