    Hello,

I've posted this question before and it appears as if the thread was marked answered prematurely.

I'm on TPC 6.1, dynamics on prem , sharepoint online.
Sharepoint setup within TPC tests file.

The file upload widget will upload documents to sharepoint if a CRM record already has a sharepoint library created .

The file upload widget will NOT upload anything to sharepoint via the file upload widget if there is not already an existing sharepoint library for a specific record.

    For example:
CRM record A has a sharepoint library AA with files in it.
FIle upload widget will be able to add  more files to library AA via a TPC site

CRM Record B has not yet had a document library created (no one has gone into CRM and clicked the documents menu to create one).  File upload widget on TCP will act like it is adding files to sharepoint, but the files will never appear, and there are no error messages during form submission. The files dissolve into the either.

Last time I posted this I was told to "check encryption settings"....   I've configured the sharepoint URL  and account info and tested via the TPC test button and I am able to add files using the file upload as long as the sharepoint folder exists already for that record.  I'm unsure what other encyrption settings to check?

How can I get the file upload widget to both create the sharepoint folder AND add the files?

    Hello Mike,

Would you happen to know where your SharePoint site's capacity is currently?

When we've seen this before, we first want to make sure that the SharePoint capacity for any entity is not over the 5,000 thresholds.

    Thank you,

    Dustyn Holland

Issue resolved. TPC version 6.1 had a bug that would not create new sharepoint folders. Once updated to newest version this bug was resolved.
