Text field values submitted since upgrading to 6.2.144.109 Cancel The title field is required!

   I've noticed that all form submissions where a text field value contains a value on load with a space, what is stored in Dynamics is an encoded value is submitted back is updated with %20. For example:
   
   My Application - Programme Info
   becomes
   My%20Application%20-%20Programme%20Info
   
   It appears to be happening in a Form flow. I can see the first form in the text values were fine, however subsequent forms have %20
