I previously upgraded to 14.4 a few months ago (I also updated to the current TPC version) and everything was working just fine up until two days ago.  I had a backend user how could no longer see the main menu when logged into the sitefinity backend.  I was able to access the backend and see the menu from my PC with both my user and the other user that was having issue.  While trying to correct the issue, I replaced the AdminApp folder within the sitefinitywebapp directory and after restarting the site and clearing my cache, I too cannot see the main menu when logging into the backend.  I'm receiving some errors within the console that suggest the style sheet cannot be loaded.

Does anyone have any experience with this or tell me how to contact them for assistance it correcting the issue as I cannot manage and support the site now.

In the below errors I replace the site domain with xxxxxxxxxx.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Refused to apply style from 'https://xxxxxxxxxx/adminapp/styles.a3e5c4a072ae0a9b.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

    Hi Mason,

    Thank you for your query.

Is it possible to revert those changes by replacing the AdminApp folder?

    Regards,
    Rawdon

Sorry for not posting this sooner but this was resolved after learning that someone put an IP restriction in place to prevent access to the Back-end login page and inadvertently placed it on a subfolder they should not have.
