    Hi,
I am setting up TPC 6.0 with Sitefinity 13.3. When we are trying to redeem the portal invitation we are getting registration page and upon submission of registration page (Email, password and confirm password) below error pops up.  New to TPC and any help is much appreciated. I have used OOB controls for invitation,

    Invalid Token
The token provided is invalid. Please check that the link contains a valid invite token.

    Hello Amjad,

Thanks for reaching out through the forums.
Can you confirm that the invitation URL consists the token?

Below is the documentation of the user invite widget.
    https://www.crmportalconnector.com/developer-network/documentation/portal-connector-widgets/tpc-page-widgets/forms-based/crm-user-invite
I hope it is useful for this case.

    Kind regards,
    -Ian

    Hello Amjad,

Additionally could you please disable the cache on the page as well?
    That should fix the issue.

    Kind regards,
    -Ian

    Hello Ian,

    Thanks for your quick response.

I believe the invitation Url has token. I have added one sample Url below.

    https://domain:443/user/registration?inviteid=C0CC60C4178834D1775B9D75CB63A1FD5E2513DFBD6C4DBCF7CA331752A048BCF1F4CABDA96BD8EDE839E6FF2FFB009E59FD1652F0D0FA57BB16DC4F5FEF10BD

Also could you please help by providing the steps to disable caching on this page ? or any reference link.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Amjad.

Thanks for providing the invite link.
Like you said token is visible.

To disable cache, you need to go into title and properties of the page and under advanced options you can change caching options to no cache.

    Kind regards,
    -Ian

What do your crm and tpc error logs say? Are there any errors pointing to padding invalid? Can you register users using the TPC registration widget?

If you cannot, then it is likely your encryption keys do not match.

if that is the case, you will need XRM toolbox to check your encryption keys in your portal plugin and want to update them manually to match your portal encryption keys

It may be worthwhile to check that your SF license is valid for that site you are using as well as your TPC license

    Hi Omar,
    Thanks for your inputs.
We had raised a support ticket for this issue and support team helped to identify and resolve the issue.

Portal record GUID in Sitefinity configuration was not correct. Not sure how this happened, once we have manually updated the id and reinitialized the portal it worked.

    Yes, thank you for sharing.

In the future, should there be a disconnect between the Portal site and the CRM, it is likely that either the Portal record GUID or the Encryption key does not match.
