When you delete a role in Sitefinity, any users with that role assigned will have it removed. This should trigger The Portal Connector to reach out to CRM and update the portal user record to reflect this role change.
You can see these updates to CRM being scheduled in the Scheduled Task monitor accessible from the Portal Connector Configuration page in the back end.
