    We have created a form using the portal connector controls. The forms will have different statuses which will be managed in Dynamic CRM, We want the users to see the forms in view only mode after they have submitted it. How can we achieve this? The portal connector is installed in sitefinity cms if it helps. Thanks in Advance.

    Hello Mahesh,

    This can be accomplished using different security roles and assigning the correct ones to the users who should only have read only access.

    Thanks for the reply, 

    We need the read only by form, I mean when the form is submitted the same user can see his form but in a read only mode. That's the fix I am looking at.

    This has to be done through security roles by giving the user read only for the form.

    They need to be able to edit the form before it is submitted and create additional forms, so this is not a solution for setting one form instance as read only for a user. If we made the form read only for their role, it would be read only when it's not submitted too and if we added the role to the user after submission, they couldn't make more forms.
