    Greetings Krishna,

Thanks a lot for your patience!

I believe it is possible as long as the role is created from Sitefinity side. I have tested it in one of our DEV environment and it is was shown only on the Sitefinity side.

Please, test it on your end and let me know the outcome.

    Kindly,

    Vlad

    Hello Krishna,

To create a custom role in Sitefinity with the desired permissions and not include it in the synchronization process with the CRM, you can follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the Sitefinity backend as an administrator.

    2. Go to the "Security" section and click on the "Roles" option.

    3. Click on the "Create a New Role" button.

    4. Enter a name and a description for the new role, and select the desired permissions for the role.

    5. Click on the "Save" button to save the new role.

    6. Go to the "Settings" section, click on the "CRM" option, and select the "CRM Integration" option.

    7. In the "CRM Integration" section, select the "Role Mapping" tab.

    8. Uncheck the box next to the newly created role to exclude it from the synchronization process with the CRM.

    9. Click on the "Save Changes" button to save the changes.

By following these steps, you can create a custom role in Sitefinity with the desired permissions and choose not to include it in the synchronization process with the CRM.

It's important to keep in mind that this customization may impact the integration between Sitefinity and your CRM, so it's recommended to thoroughly test the changes and ensure that the role synchronization is working as expected before implementing it in a production environment.

    Best Regards,
    Tariq
