Migration - forms not visible unless the Admin user is logged on Cancel The title field is required!

   I migrated form Dev to Beta and i am able to see the forms and pages when i am logged in as an admin user. I made sure I had not selected permission when creating the zip file when doing export Zip. But I can not see the forms when another user is logged on or when we do not have a logged  on user. The permission  on forms and pages are set to let anyone see. What am I missing ? there are no error logs

   My apologies for the late reply. Did you get this sorted?
   
   If I'm understanding correctly, you're saying you used the TPC Migration tool to do an Offline export of your portal, and after doing that import on your other environment, only one logged in user can see your forms and pages at a time? Are you sharing the same login credential?
