   Hello,
   
   Is it possible to customize portal invite email template ?
   
   Moreover, is it possible to define one CRM user (technical) to send email (From) ?

   Hi Julien,
   
   You can edit the portal invite email template in your CRM by navigating to   Settings-->Business-->Templates-->Email Templates--> locate the template named "Portal Invite Template".
   
   Portal Invite Email Template is just like any other standard CRM email template, you can find more properties and features details about CRM Email Templates at this link

   Now, is it possible to override the workflow that send portal invite in order to define the sender and check some other conditions ?

   Hi Julien,
   
   The invites are processed through plugin "Pavliks.PortalConnector.Plugins.PostPortalInvite" and cannot be changed. Because, changing the plugin will require a change in the widget too which is an out of the box widget. However, you can contact our support team at support@crmportalconnector.com to discuss the possibility of any custom widget development to get the desired business logic in place to your specific requirements please.
