CRM User Creator does not show/allow "Initial Role" after going live

    Hi, we just moved our test portal to the live system. What now happens, is that the CRM User Creator does not find/display any "Initial Role", though this has been set in the test environment upfront. All User Roles are in Sitefinity (Administration/Roles) as well as in the live CRM (Setting/Portal Roles). Repuplishing the Entities didn´t help either.
    Can anyone help please? I do not have the slightes idea how to solve this issue.

    Hello Eva,

    If you're switching CRM instances during the deployment then the CRM User Creator widget will no longer display the Initial Role selection unless the Guids between CRM are the same (which usually is not the case)

    To resolve this, add the Portal Role to the new live CRM instance for that specific portal and then reconfigure the CRM User Creator widget to use that created role.
