Change the Filter to reflect contents of Field Cancel

   Syed,
   I have been over the documentation and I do not find the solution you are telling me exists there.  I apologize if I am blind but I do not see it.  IU need to change the filters to reflect the field data not the OOTB filter suggestions.  For example I have a field Labeled "State."  When you click the filter for this column I want the States to appear in the drop down filter not the generis filter choices.  HOW DO I DO THIS?
