    Hello Krishna, 
    I am not so sure I understand your use case scenario, why would you be accessing a record from a grid if you are not trying to edit or create it. You could have a cancel or Go Back button, is that what you are trying to create? 
    Please let me know.

    We have two scenarios where this is happening

    Using the subgrid  to display data May be a list of speakers for an event -we may add / edit but in case we do not want to add any new user and would like to submit the form there is a null row created

    second scenario is on a form flow. same case here too we have a grid to display info (has edit and add functionalities on it) the next button creates a new row with nulls

    As discussed on the call the reason why you had row's with null value is because you were using a form to display your information on a sub grid and submitting the record, it ended up adding a null value to the sub-grid, if you want to display a grid without adding a nul lrecord you would need to use a list view or grid.
