Notes Widget Cancel The title field is required!

   I'm coming from the ADX Studio solution which used a predefined prefix within the body of a note to expose only certain notes on the Portal.  Is there a way to apply the Prefix logic to the body of the note rather than to the Title?  I recognize that I could create a process and just update Notes created through the Portal to include the prefix but I'm also trying to figure out how to migrate the hundreds of thousands of existing notes sitting on the entities that I expose through the portal.
   
   Is there a way to also show the creation date of the notes as only the Title and Body show?

   Mason,
   I'm not sure on the Prefix but seems like a Form Submit function or Power Automate on Form Submit action should work for appending. On the display of Title and Body - we used List View widget to display file attachment for Notes entity/table so Created On should be pretty straightforward to add to the widget.
