Making File upload field required Cancel The title field is required!

   Hi,
   
   Is there a way to make file upload field required for a form? Also, how do we add a​ field to identify the type/category of document being uploaded?

   Unfortunately the ability to make a file upload widget required is not yet available but it is on the road map.
   
   May I ask what you mean by type/category?
