File Upload Title Change Cancel

   Hello,
   I wish to keep the name of the file on submission to Dynamics. Currently the default title - 'File Upload' is being sent to dynamics.
   I see past posts (2018) saying it was not possible to change the title dynamically, is this still the case?

   Hi Chris,
   
   Assuming you're referring to uploading files to notes, do you mean you want the title of the note to match the name of the file? If that is the case, then no, it is not possible to do so. The name of the file, as well as the name and description of the note can be set to your liking in the File Upload designer, but not dynamically.

   Yes I was referring to uploading with notes.
