To restore the Portal Invite Email template in CRM, it is recommended that you simply re-import The Portal Connector CRM Solution. In CRM under Settings -> Solutions, click “Import”. You will want to make sure that you are importing the same version of The Portal Connector solution that is already installed to ensure that you do not lose any data. When importing the solution, CRM should recognize that a version of the solution is already installed, and it will simply perform a Re-Import. Re-importing the solution should restore the Portal Invite Email template and any other components of the solution that are missing.
