CRM Field not displaying drop down options

    I'm new to TPC and I am trying to create a form for portal users to edit their contact details.

    I have added 'contact' as  a CRM Entity and published it.
    I have created a form with a CRM Form Layout.
    I have added a CRM Form Configuration widget and set the CRM Entity as 'contact'.
    But, when I add a CRM Text Field and click the drop down to select a CRM Field, I have no options at all.

    I have options for other entities, but nothing for contacts. Any ideas?

    Hello Geoff,

    Ensure that the CRM Text Field and CRM Form Configuration are within the CRM Form Layout widget. If that doesn't work then try republishing the contact entity in the CRM Entities list, it may have been interrupted when retrieving the metadata previously and this could resolve that issue.

    Let me know if one of these steps fixed the issue.

    Had tried all of those steps. I have emailed Syed Jafri for support but haven't heard back yet.
