CRM Add Edit Grid View - Filter issue

    I enabled the filter using "Allow Filtering Records" which displays filtering controls on grid columns. When I click on Filter icon the page gets redirected to page with error description on it.
    Following is the error description:
    The control tree into which viewstate is being loaded must match the control tree that was used to save viewstate during the previous request.  For example, when adding controls dynamically, the controls added during a post-back must match the type and position of the controls added during the initial request.
    Not sure if there is anything that requires some pre-configuration to avoid this error or is this really a bug?

    Hello KLoke,

    Unfortunately this is a known issue to The Portal Connector:

    Linked-entity columns are neither sortable or filterable. An upcoming release will disable these columns from being clickable (sorting) or filterable so users won't experience an error.

    This will not be fixed with the current grids, however it has already been fixed for the new TPC 4.0 MVC widgets.
